Yoga based stretching class using the stability ball/Yin Yoga
No impact, weight bearing exercises – these moves involve isolations, which improve flexibility of the torso – which is beneficial to the spine - full body undulation lengthens and strengthens the spine and abdominals in a gentle way!
DATE NIGHT YOGA
This class combines concepts of Yoga and the elements of trust and clear communication the Acro Yoga class.
Come with a partner, or meet your practice partner at class. This class is good for all fitness levels. You will tone your body, gain strength and learn to execute moves by interpreting the cues of your partner!
This class is a great place for those who just want to take it slower. The focus of this class is on releasing tension, connecting with the breath and working with the joints in the most gentle of ways. Gentle Yoga brings a balance to a hectic schedule and is appropriate for those with limitations.

Improve core strength, balance, coordination and overall body strength. Based on Pilates, you may use resistance bands and stability balls. Mat work will consist of the 100 series, cris-cross, single leg teaser, roll up...leg work - fire hydrant, leg circles leg lifts, clamshell, etc. The total body workout will hit every muscle.
Wake up your body and your mind with this class that will stretch and tone through the practice of Yoga and the focus of Pilates. This class is a good fit for beginners as well as those with advanced skills.
FOUNDATIONS OF YOGA
This plan is designed to guide you through the basics of yoga a fun and supportive way. We'll break down each posture to learn proper alignment and focus on ways to activate your practice so you feel comfortable and good on your mat. All levels are welcome.
