Fit Healthy Classes

MOST classes include at least a 5 minute warm up at the beginning of the class and a 5 minute cool down at the end of each class prior to a segment of abdominal work.
A 5 minute stretch concludes ALL classes!

RAPID REPS

Jacks, Squats, Sumos, etc. all in rapid succession…30 minutes of intensity…

Intervals of basic stepping and sculpting using weights, bands, etc.

TABATA

Interval training -8 cycles of an exercise working intensely for 20 second and resting for 10 seconds – working the entire body – aerobically and anaerobically….a real metabolism booster – good for all fitness levels… modifications offered

Full Body Workout – Cardio and strength/resistance training

WEIGHT ROOM CIRCUIT

Learn how to work your entire body in the weight room under the supervision of a knowledgeable instructor-Proper Form and Use of Machines is taught

Fusion of Pilates, Yoga, and Weight Training

SPINNING

ALL CLASSES INCLUDE A WARM UP OF A LEAST 5 MINUTES AND A COOLDOWN OF AT LEAST 5 MINUTES AND A LIGHT STRETCH. ALSO INCLUDED IN EACH CLASS IS INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE SEAT HEIGHT, SEAT DISTANCE FROM THE PEDALS, HANDLE BAR HEIGHT, AND PROPER USE OF THE RESISTANCE DIAL AND HOW TO MAKE THOSE ADJUSTMENTS.

We try to accommodate all fitness levels in our classes.

If you are a beginner, we welcome you and will do our best to offer modifications to ensure your success in every class! If you are an experienced exerciser, we will do our best to challenge you!

  • Modifications will be offered as an option in most classes.
  • Every participant is encouraged to work at their own fitness level.
  • A proper warm up is essential.
  • Proper footwear is required in all cardio/ cardio with weights/resistance training, strength and resistance, and spinning classes.
  • Our schedules (classes and times) are subject to change.
  • We value your feedback. If you have any questions regarding any class, please stay after class or leave a message at the front desk.
  • In the event of inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control, we may have to cancel a class.
